We can't control what life throws our way, but we can control how we respond to it. How do you accept "what is?" How do you accept the reality you find yourself in and still feel ok, not happy, but ok? Most of us hit a road bump and find ourselves looping in the negative moment. We tell our friends. We repeat it to our self. We question how life could result in this outcome. What if you have a bad moment and you find yourself still feeling fine. Wouldn't that be great?
